QA Analyst
We are looking for an energetic and positive QA Analyst with a keen eye for detail to add to our already vibrant testing team of three QA Analysts. This is a hands-on role working within a fast paced product development team testing new products across different platforms, as well as changes and enhancements to these products. The successful candidate will have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and be used to working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of personalities.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Perform manual functional testing on various gaming platforms
- Author, maintain and execute test cases
- Thoroughly Investigate and report defects to developers in a conscience way
- Liaise with internal/external development and test teams
- Update documentation and testing procedures
- Communicate, support and liaise with your Team Lead
- Ensure that all Ash Gaming projects adhere to the defined QA standards
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree calibre
- Experience of Agile development as well as Waterfall methodologies.
- A background in the casino/gaming industry (On or offline)
- A minimum of 2 years manual testing experience
- Proficient in the production of test documentation including test plans, test scripts, defect reports and test progress reports and updates
- Knowledge of server\client communication
- Experience or exposure to open test tools, such as Testlink, Mantis and/or Bugzilla
- XML & HTML knowledge
- Charles/Burp Proxy analysis experience
- Experience in testing large scale global websites with understanding of multilingual and multicurrency sites
- ISEB/ISTQB test qualification
- Knowledge of the following gaming systems OpenBet, Finsoft or GTS (2 points Each).
- Maintenance of a corporate Wiki
- General interest in console games/gaming industry (online or offline)
- Mobile handset testing (including smartphones and tablets)
- Performance testing

HEAD OF MOBILE
Ash Gaming is looking for an experienced mobile executive with a strong product and gaming focus to head up the newly created Ash Gaming mobile department. The ideal candidate will have several years experience delivering products for small screen devices through a range of in-house resources and partnerships. They will be given full responsibility for hiring and P/L management of the business unit and be expected to get involved in the commercial aspects of the project with support from the Directors. Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in setting and delivering the companies mobile strategy.
- Help Establish commercial partnerships with third parties, including branding, development, testing and compliance.
- Work with Internal Product and Design teams to create small screen and tablet versions of Ash Gaming’s existing top IP (and further bespoke ideas aimed at the medium).
- Work with various partner development companies and in house development team to deliver projects on time and budget
Must have skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the mobile space
- Track record of delivering successful projects on multiple small screen devices, (Android and IDevices)

SENIOR FLASH DEVELOPER
We are looking for an energetic and positive Senior Flash Developer to work with other senior developers on reviewing and maintaining the game framework used to make new games. The successful candidate will have solid experience in Flash Action Script 3 and Object Oriented practices and be used to working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of personalities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and maintain the current game framework with the other developers.
- Work with Product and Design teams to create games that make use of the framework
- Contribute in evolving the code base and providing documentation and diagrams
- Reviewing other developers code to provide suggestions for improvements / find potential problems
- Research and implement solutions for new product requirements
Must have skills
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of AS3 and OOP and design patterns
- Highly proficient using Flash and competent use of Flash IDE
- Confident working with a large and evolving codebase
- Able to create framework architecture and reusable components

ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for an outgoing and organised Account Manager who is fluent in Italian or Spanish (or both) to be the day to day commercial contact between the casino/games managers in Ash Gaming's customers and Ash Gaming. COPYWRITER
We are looking for an energetic and imaginative Copywriter to work alongside the creative and marketing departments.

We are looking for a project manager / business analyst to join the team at Ash Gaming. The ideal person will either:
- Have proven experience on delivering quality driven projects and will have managed both technical and creative teams for several years.
- Come from a Business Analyst / Developer background and want to take the next step into Project Management. They will be used to leading multiple projects that rely on being able to build relationships and influence multiple third parties, sometimes in different countries and time zones.
You will be:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from 4 weeks to 12 months from initial customer order to go-live / post-live support.
- Keep track of progress and manage risks and issues.
